When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email.
What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method to a collection point which is cheapest:
In the Netherlands from €4.95
To Belgium from €5.95
To France €6.95
A residential address is of course also possible, but this is more expensive (rates visible at checkout).
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will always receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package.
When can I choose a collection point?
You can only select a collection point during the Checkout process after payment.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account by entering your email address and password during checkout, or by creating an account on our website's registration page before placing an order. With an account, you can view your order history, order more quickly with saved information, and easily track your orders.
Can I change my account information?
Yes, you can change your account information by logging in to your account and going to "My Profile" or "Account Settings." There you can update your name, email address, password, and address.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
How does returning work?
Send us an email at info@kroepies.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You will then receive return instructions.
Are the return costs at my own expense?
Yes, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns, unless the delivery is incorrect or damaged.
Is my payment safe?
Yes, all payments are made via a secure payment environment.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay safely with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card and PayPal.
